Well, speaking of highly modified Piper Super Cruisers check out this beauty.  This plane was modified by Crosswinds S.T.O.L of Wasilla, Alaska.  Modifications include plexiglass doors and skylights, an extended baggage compartment, PA-18 tail feathers, horizontal tail struts, extended PA-18 landing gear, extended ailerons, a Crosswinds STOL kit with wing tips, flaps, and VGs, and a 180 hp O-360 which turns an 82 inch fixed-pitch McCauly prop.
