I don't care what anybody says, this plane is just too darn short.  It is quite fast though.  This is Ricahrd Clawson's Venture.  In 1995, Questair went out of business.  In 1998, Richard Clawson formed NuVenture Aircraft and bought the rights and tooling to the Questair Venture.  In 2001, Alan Tolle bought NuVenture Aircraft from Richard Clawson.  The NuVenture Aircraft site has links to several articles about the flying qualities of the Venture.  Performance of the Venture is a reported 240 kts with a 280 hp engine.  Final approach speed is 85 kts.  Stall speed in landing configuration is 61 kts.
